7-28-20    THOUGHTS

This morning’s thoughts turn to God’s FOREVER LOVE!  When I read the verses below, I know I have value to my God!  I must know that...   and HE is abundantly clear in his word that his creation is VALUED and LOVED!  God wants us to see ourselves positively!  His LOVE and GRACE and MERCY make that possible.  This morning, let us rejoice in God’s great love for us!

Isa 44:21   "Remember these things, O Jacob, And Israel, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant, O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me.
Ps 27:10   For my father and my mother have forsaken me, But the LORD will take me up.
Isa 49:13-16   Shout for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted His people And will have compassion on His afflicted. 14  But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord has forgotten me." 15  "Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you. 16  "Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.

Isa 40:11 Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, In His arm He will gather the lambs And carry [them] in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing [ewes.]
1Pet 2:25    For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.


My Prayer:
Dear Lord, accept our thanksgiving for your great love for us.  We deserve death, but you give us life in Christ Jesus.  In all of history, your love through your promise has sustained us.  Thank you for the hope of eternity in Jesus.  Help us to overcome Oh God!  Guard our souls by your power.   We love you because you first loved us.  Help us to find more of your great love!
